People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Might be legit, but alarm bells rang when they wanted to send someone round with a letter of authority for me to sign so they could assess my pension . Why not send the letters of authority in the mail, unless they are trying to hide who/where they are located? Suspect that if I sign the letter my pension fund would be siphoned away overnight!
