Just answered this number calling themselves cover services. Saying you have a policy with them for all white goods ( I haven’t) paying £169 a year and if I pay now with a card over the phone can get it for £99. Hung up on me when I challenged him
They said I had won a discount holiday but wanted me to answer all personal questions. Told them I was busy as something didn't see right Too pushy and too nosey.

This is my old phone number, I had it for like 8 years, I can't remember my new phone number, I can only remember this one, I've tried everything to get over this, I can't, in the morning and at night I think of this number. My new phone number means nothing to me, I don't respect it as it doesn't want to be remembered by me, it's been two years now. My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T
