They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. Got quite upset when I refused to give them the code

This company will ask to speak to owner of the business, then they will say that they are updating you on the support you gave for in my case a school, they will then tell you the info pack you agreed to has now been printed and sent and your bill is £££. Just persevere and refuse any claims they make that you 'apparently' agreed to and they will hang up. I just said I don't do any sort of support or external advertising.
