A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). Once I understood how the scam worked I told him that I wasn't with O2 and it was a scam. He g

I requested withdrawal of my money and small part Got back to Me but over 1.3k was declined at first , then promised via WhatsApp and email that it will take up to2 or 3 weeks it was in the end of May ! Ignore this number. I ve never heard of Next Step Money but he asked for me by name so I asked him who he was. Told him I was not interested and hung up - no idea who they are and never heard of them before but 99% sure it s either a scammer or someone trying to steal my identity. Avoid talking to them
