Some chap tells me that will be receiving a letter in the post about my PPI claim I made. Fraud COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC INVESTIGATIONS took money of us by claiming they had details of illegal transactions relating to businesses that owe us money. It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. The Police let them get away with it as civil matter. The Courts are our only hope.

Rang this morning at 9.12am and said they were Utilia (or similar) ringing about my gas and electric supply and smart meters. Said I wasn't interested and put the phone down, they've now rung a further 4 times at 13.17, 14.07,14.43 and 16.53. I haven't answered these later calls and consider them to be bordering on harassment.

Automated call saying my annual subscription for Amazon Prime is up for renewal and £79.99 will be taken from my account in 7 days unless I cancel my subscription, it then asked me to confirm my bank account details to allow the subscription to go through. At this point I hung up. 1,The call was very crackly and jumpy and 2, I don't pay annually! Be aware and make sure your relatives are aware of the scam so they don't fall victim.
