Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... SCAM Automated message telling me it was HMRC and there was a fraud case against me, that I must press 1 immediately otherwise I would be arrested shortly. I assume pressing 1 would have taken me through to a high charge phone number or something similar. Very unsettling, and could easily catch the less savvy off guard.

Claimed they are from national crime agency and that they are after for illegal activity, they never stated my name or where I was from or what exactly I done that is illegal ... strangely. I doubt they are who they said they are as if it was them they would have stated my full name as well as the crime I apparently have done... stay away from this number as they could very well hack your phone if you agree to press 1 to stay on the line ...
