contacted my mobile at 11 am. I dont know anyone in Motherwell.

This was a cold call which would appear to be instigated by awarewness of private medical details known (I thought) only to my doctor and consultant.Call discontinued by me.

This number belongs to the Home Housing Group.

Genuine call from Halifax fraud prevention. They noticed someone in USA somehow used my card for a very small amount £4.24 (apparently they do this to see if it s accepted) They have cancelled my card and are sending a new one straight away. Excellent service from Halifax

Any ideas? Seems an odd number . I don t answer numbers I don t know but this one has intrigued me.

I can only presume it was a prank call as that's twice I've had a call from this number and they've hung up as soon as I've answered on both occasions

If they need to speak to you why dont they leave a message with there name and what it is about ?

Great Company To Deal With

Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. She said that if I have a mobile contract I must be over 18. I said who says I have a mobile contract. I said I hadn t given permission for anyone to contact me on the number for marketing purposes. The plurality of call attempts never a message was left on the answering machine. I do not go in unknown actually on it, but with this I did it but then and what was it? And they laid on! Impudence.
