I ve just discovered this number 08714 234 353 is customer services for the catalogue company Damart who sell ladies clothing.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Got a call from this number while I was at work. No one on the other end; then call ended. 3rd time this has happened in past few days, but different number each time.

Kept getting missed calls and random empty voice messages. It s a work phone, no idea where they got my number from. Have chosen option 1 when i phoned back to remove my number from their system.

I have received five missed calls from this number so far, in the last two days. The sixth was at 06:04pm, on the 17/01/2013. It was a woman, I never caught the companies name, but she was calling from Manchester. She knew all my details and was calling on the subject of repaying loans and debts.

Keeps ringing but as soon as i pick up the phone they hang up. Getting very annoying now.
