"BT" phoned to say been trying to phone me (received no calls in days) and due to "Suspicious activity" are going to disconnect by Internet unless I talk to an operative, who spent 15 minutes calling my 80 year old father some swear words for his lack of internet knowledge and no online bank account.

This number is an accident claim company touting for business. They phoned and there was noone there, so returned their call and spoke to a guy in a call centre. He asked about a collision we d had in our vehicle, however we haven t had a collision in our vehicle.
