Scam. Avoid. A rude, incompetent lady going by name of Baljit claiming from Halifax Bank, London Moorgate. Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.
Have received a number of calls from this number the caller rambles on about a BT Sport package which does not make sense. I have tried to call the number back but receive a message that the number I have dialed has not been recognized.

I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website. This number called my 93-year old mother-in-law at about 07:45 hrs. She told them that she couldn’t hear them. They called her back a couple of times, and tried to get her to do something on her iPad. She said she’d have to get her son-in-law to call them as she didn’t understand them. They haven’t called again since. Incident reported to local police as a vulnerable person is being targeted. This number has now been reported to BT security who have blocked it nationwide.
