The call from this number was supposedly from BT saying my landline was to be cut off. I checked with my provider who confirmed this was a scam call as none of my service is from BT. My provider has referred the number to their specialist department for investigation.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. Answered call on my landline to hear recorded message allegedly forwarded from BT to say that my broadband and telephone line are to be disconnected. I was invited to chose options for further information, which I have not done. As my bills are paid in advance and are up to date I have ignored this. I believe this to be malicious SPAM.
