When pushed from what company didn't give an answer. They were obviously trying to get any useful information out of me. I hang up. 4/2/21

Scam text from HSBC saying someone had tried to set up a new payer on my account and to click on a link in the text to get it fixed. Checked in my actual bank account and this didn’t happen. Sent a text to the phone number (!) and THEY blocked me!

Fraud? This was an automated voice message saying it was from BT and that they were going to disconnect my land line and internet due to suspicious activity. I hung up on it and blocked the contact to my mobile.
Scam! The robot said that is from TAXES / HMRC.
SCAM. They say they are ringing from Barclays Bank and tried to get me to go into the app to activate a code. After I said I wasn't happy doing it and that I would ring them back, they rang off. I have since rang Barclays and they hadn't called me. SO PLEASE BEWARE!!
