Good company, great wine, swift delivery, personal approach with repeat customers. They phone every three months or so but are quite happy to be told we don t need any wine right now and be given a date to phone again. Nothing aggressive about their sales pitch and every now and again you get a nice free gift or extra bottle. They are the same thing as Sunday Times Wine Club.

Apparently calling on behalf of O2 as I am due an upgrade! O2 have no idea who they are. Checked their company website www.thephonespot.com and the people on phone haven t even got a clue of the phone number on the website!

We had quite a few calls from this number a few months ago. It was some telemarketer, but I don t remember which company it (allegedly was). lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!
