I had my details sold by Car Phone Warehouse, after buying phones....... told ICO hope someone does something as in their terms and conditions there is wording relating to this, but no opt in or opt out..... it s just wrong, I pay for a service, a phone and then they sell my details on.... why .... never ever have I had such texts/ calls as I do now all within a day of purchasing something from their site...

Left long message on answering mach. Serious law suit against me unless I rang. Robotic voice, Americanized pronunciation & legal phrases. Did not specify name of myself or partner. Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back. I have downloaded a call blocker app to my smartphone... it's the best I can do... to just keep adding numbers/sms text numbers like these (I google them first) to my black...

Automated call said they were from Amazon telling me an order for an iPhone 12 is about to go from my account, and if I'd like to cancel to press a number. I suspect a scam.
