I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. BEWARE, these are paid scammers trying to get you to give them your bank details, avoid this number completely. Don't ring them back to see who it was, they have a recorded message and they'll store your telephone number and ring you relentlessly thereafter.
