They rang, not long enough to answer though, more than likely a scam to be honest.
Obvious scam, claiming to be from EE retaining department. If you google the number it comes up as a Noodle bar in London. The guy on the call couldn't stop stumbling over his words when I called him out on things and then laughed at me when I said I knew it was a scam.

The number was in an email which said it was from a friend (who I've not been in contact with for years) , asking for "help", but it was very much like another email I had just received from someone else saying he was a friend but that was spam. I received a t/c from (004)91113279026 today 27/4/22, at 13.56hrs to my L/L. I answered without saying anything, and the caller who said nothing, hung up. I live in the Hove area of Sussex. Given that the Phone Number Localisation 091113279026 is New Delhi, India, it is probably a scammer.
