Loads of calls no message ever left. tried to phone it back today and kept getting a message saying I was in queue position 1., didn t hold on for too long - is it just a premium rate dialler?

They called me today asking for my wife, said they had details of a loan she d taken out that had been passed on to them, I pressed for details and they gave some details of a loan she hasn t taken out. She said the company was BPI Claim Line and are part of another company (couldn t make out the name) and they re regulated by the Ministry of Justice. She hung up on me when I pressed her for the company name that they were part of.

They said they were to do with Hmrc regarding fraud?

call flagged up as International, so didn t reply. Looked on another site and all reports said it was a scam and they d recently put ad on Gumtree, as had I.

DPD is a delivery company (like UPS, Hermes, etc). However, the text is likely to be a scam, especially if it s asking you to pay a fee for the delivery.

I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number. They rang yesterday at 6.30pm and today at 10.45am, no message was left. In the unlikely event that the call was from Talk Talk, I have never dealt with that company, so they would have no legitimate reason to ring me.

We had quite a few calls from this number a few months ago. It was some telemarketer, but I don t remember which company it (allegedly was). Either way, I m 100% it had nothing to do with insurance, but that s what they called about yesterday. Same number. We had written it down in case they call again, so we d block the number. Within minutes of getting a nuisance call on the spare mobile telephone I do not use I received this call on my landline, a recorded voice telling me it was the last time they would be trying to contact me - but I have had the SAME MESSAGE many times! They continue to lie. Their calls are uninvited. I do not want anything to do with them. I object to recorded messages of this type anyway.

What can I say? It was a silent call.
