SCAM HMRC scam. I guess they are calling from INDIA. First, the recorded tape say, that we we are calling from HMRC and if you do not press 1 then your warrant will be issued and you will be arrested.
This number sent text saying Royal Mail parcel was waiting for redelivery and that there was £1.99 to pay. There was a link below. I believe this is a scam text trying to get money, we are not expecting a parcel and even if we were, where would they get a mobile number from for someone who hasn't given Royal Mail their number?

This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.
Or maybe they just work in the UK? I too didn t get far in the conversation before this actually nice lady hung up. I was also just curious about how they got my number. Easy answer really but hanging up to me was a sign that perhaps they aren t so legitimate. Oh well.

This is a SCAM number: Female voice says HMRC are launching a lawsuit against you and to press one to talk to a case officer. HMRC do not use recorded calls from mobile numbers: they write. These scammers try to get you to pay them. Block it!
Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option.
