If they stay on the phone long enough, tell them you are another person answering the phone for you, it is not your phone and say you are deceased. I have found that helps stop it in a lot of cases. I was going to try it here but they put the phone down too quickly.

Utter rubbish! She then asked me if I was still living at my address so I said no in hopes they remove me from their system. Number now blocked.
