I was paying for my Mother to have sky, she s recently passed away.I cancelled the subscription and my account stated no marketing calls during the time it was active but not only am I grieving and trying to make all arrangements I m persistently called every day by Sky in Derby. Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. This unrecognised number called me yet again! Initially, I did not answer but then fearing it might be Check & Trace I tried to ring it back. It just cuts off so clearly either spam, scammers or phishing. DO NOT ANSWER. I've now BLOCKED it.
