Hi , just got a phone call from this number please avoid , i was going to give them my card details although i donot prefer to give it by phone , he said he does not need the 3 digit numbers , just £ 2.78 to cover the post charges !! Number came up as "The Graham Arms Inn". Caller claimed to represent Vodafone but was unable to tell me my name (I'm a Vodafone customer). When pressed for an answer he hung up.

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. I received a text, supposedly from HSBC, advising me that a "payment was attempted to a new payee" and including the following link: https://hs-mobilebanking-paymentsupport.com/hsbc/login The link page it directs you to looks the same as the genuine HSBC login page BUT it is a hoax - DO NOT USE THIS WEBPAGE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. As I said, it looks good but the give-away is the fact that the links on the page do not work.

A scam they say you have hearing problems. As you worked in a factory etc. they know ur name and when u say no I don t have hearing problems. They just hang up. Think they want ppl to claim so they can make money. It s funny as blocked numbers for this. Then next thing they have another number to call me on. Don t think every get rid of them.

Someone claiming to be from "Tenancy Deposit Helpline" asking if we have a private tenancy deposit. Asked where they got our details from, they said from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, I said surely they'd know if we had a private deposit if that was where they got out details. He hung up.
