Indian scam call center
Certainly not located in Manchester and it is a private number not linked to anyone but the holder of this phone number. Not used for scam calling or other criminal activities, I know this as it's my personnel phone number.
Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. Reported to the ICO

SCAM Called to offer IVA Debt Relief. Claiming to be from a company called Citizen Capital. Stated my name was sent to them from the government as someone who needed debt relief. They wouldn't accept that I didn't need help and I wasn't in need of debt relief - let alone an IVA!
Called twice in the space of 5 minutes, first time I answered they hung up after I said hello. Second time they asked for me by name, I asked who they were calling on behalf of and they hung up again.
When I answered they hung up! So annoying, I assume spammers - I'm on the preference service too, so where do they get details from?

Called twice, first time no response when I answered it, second time when I didn't answer didn't leave a voicemail.
Constant calls with slight variations on the number. I've been called 3 times today already. One call on my mobile yesterday and one on land line. I was being offered an inspection of insulation in my loft. Number is now blocked on mobile phone.

There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. Some indian guy claiming to be from a quality center clqiming that I had registered at some trading platform. I was absolutely sure I hadn't registered on the site by mistake as all my information was there. Funny enough he could not give me the date of my supposed registration! LoL When he noticed he did not get anywhere with me, he abruptly hung up. Quite a rude chap if he really intended quality and customer satisfaction. My guess: part of the ongoing scams on Internet
