Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I did not catch the name of the company but they reported Ihad been in an RTA and asked me to confirm. I asked them to confirm the date and they refused so I explained that I had short term memory loss and they would have to remind me when it happened. They put the phone down!!

I'm on 3 network. I didn't answer the call. There wasn't a voicemail left for me either. obviously another nuisance call. I'm a shift worker and lost count ...
