When I refused to give this info said it's your loss this is a genuine call & we are trying to pay money into your account. I would suggest blocking this number. - they spammed my phone with calls (18 in the space of two days to be exact) I never usually answer unknown numbers but when I finally did as I deemed it to be important the amount they rang me however it was a scam call something to do with winning the lottery.
