Picked up call when visiting my very elderly mother. They knew her name but little more. They asked to speak to her but would not say who they were, but said it was important. I said I would not continue if they would not identify themselves @nd they terminated call. Asian man was calling. Don?t think they targeted her because of her age. Don't stay on the phone, these people are ppi parasites after s**kling money from you.

I don t answer calls from unknown numbers, but look them up on the Internet. Having read other people s comments I m pleased I didn t answer. Thank you all for your comments. They really helped.

They are scammers - they do nothing for the money and role over the contract automatically. Do not pay them any more money and just keep telling them that their contract is invalid.
