Got a call saying that it's my bank but I was suspicious so I ended the the call and look up my bank number and called and asked if my account been used for fraud and they said that nothing is wrong with my account, so its a fraud number.

Like the above commentors my mother received a call from Robert Watson from Windows Tech support saying the # is 02036428038. This is a scam they want you to go on your computer and go to a URL which basically a remote control website. They will then have access to your harddrive and all your data. My advice is to tell them to go to hell and hang up.

How are they still getting away with it after all these complaints???? Surely something permanent must be done to stop them!!!! i answered this number and the caller said he was from orange calling about my upgrade, I put him off and he called twice more. I talked about my upgrade, he new all my details and gave his opinion on suitable mobiles for me - even advising on my usage and a better phone for me because of it.
