Called by a Welsh lady saying they were handing out free grants for loft insulation -- did I have loft insulation? I immediately smelt a rat & asked who was calling. They are called quickallloans.com. they are a scam loan company. they take your money and then they won't answer your calls. if they ring you don't answer the phone
