This was a cold call number,the woman s accent was very heavy and I couldn t understand her but gathered it was most likely telemarketing. She said she would call back but I definitely won t pick up! (

Rang saying my insurance was due in my washing machine, I told him I don t have insurance on a machine he said sorry I must have ring the wrong number.

Got a call from these, didn't say who they was. Mentioned something about a refund and asked 3 questions regarding my finances and then said okay thank you bye and hung up....

This is a Debt Collection Agency - yet another one - asking for a Mr Thomas Davies or Mrs Davies (if I answer). One of many!!! did not answer the call but as i know someone whose number starts with 0203 i called back twice. it rang but each time went dead.

This is a very complex scam. They use Voice recognition software and series of recorded English female responses. NEVER GIVE ANY DETAILS RE YOUR NAME< ADDRESS OR ANYTHING. THIS IS FIRST RATE FISHING. KEEP them on the line for as long as possible so they don t have time to annoy others, especially the vulnerable. Its much more fun to wind them up than come off the phone annoyed...
