I texted back to say they d got a wrong number but apparently their number doesn t recieve text messages, although it does seem to be able to send them! This is a scam call. Luckily the full message did not complete and i would have not clicked to call back anyway. I checked with my bank and the confirmed that the number was not related to them. Scam fraud merchants. Beware..
