SCAM they purported to be from Three network and said that as a valued customer I could receive s reduction on my monthly payment. I gave them my name, dob and address as they requested it to confirm their details. I became suspicious when they asked for my bank sort code and account no so they could amend the direct debit. I refused to give this and they hung up. I have contacted Three and no one has phoned me, they don't phone customers

I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016

I have been repeatedly called on my cellphone from this number, no message left at any time. Have ignored because I don t know anyone in Alton, Hampshire. Got a text from that number at 14:28 today stating: "Hey mum I've smashed my phone, please message me on this number 447706598765 urgently x I'm texting of a friends phone". I checked with my child and they said they never contacted me, therefore this must be a scam.
