Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. had 10 to 15 calls from this number and never answered them why they are calling and how to stop this?

getting a few calls from this number don t know why but I have just refused to renew with 1 & 1 I can see how I owe them anything the asked if I would like to renew and I said no, simple.

This number has called me several times and when i try to call the number I get a dead tone!

Called - did not leave message...... when i called them back was told (by recording) that they were the claims team and would call back!!

I have received several calls to my mobile from this number recently. If I don t answer the phone, they don t leave a message and when I do answer it the caller appears to hang up. I am wandering if it is SPAM or a wrong number (but surely if the latter they would have left a message for someone else or spoken to me and discovered the error). I ve noticed several Manchester numbers being associated with unwanted calls to EE customers and wonder if this number is also being used by the same people/company.

Calling to confirm the delivery but tried to get into Domestic and General insurance cover without outright stating first off to ask if Insurance is required. Very polite and confirmed that I would NOT be signed up to an insurance plan. All the delivery bits were explained well, they re just doing a job, they should improve the initial wording a bit, probably why so many people are getting irate.

I had numerous automated phone calls from this number asking for a Sarah Harris, I have never heard of this person and they have definitely not lived here as it s a new build and I have lived here from the start. They started calling twice a day, then fizzled down to 1, stopped and started up again this evening. Tried pressing 1 when prompted and ended up with a voice mail in the back ground grrr there driving me nuts!!. I ve also never been in debt!! There must be a way off stoping these scamming idiots!!
