My wife was woken this morning by a call from this number. The caller had a strong Indian accent and told her that there was a problem with her computer. She had trouble understanding him and hung up. It sounds like a scam to get hold of personal details.

The woman might have been genuine but was extremely rude and gabbled on so fast I couldn't always catch what she said.

I personally believe that these people should not be permitted to have these numbers unless they reveal their identity. Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Probably a scam and I have blocked the number now
