SCAM. Caller pretended to be a big company with an unpaid bill. Did not understand my business or why I would owe money (I don't owe them, have never bought from them). Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.
