Pretended to be the crime agency

Automated debt relief call - I hung up too soon to find out the name of the company. I ve no patience for this rubbish. I, too, am TPS registered - and my details are not listed on the version of the electoral register available for purchase, either. I suppose this shows how much good either does in preventing junk calls. I keep my landline unplugged when not in use as I receive so many PPI calls on that!

Called as I had gone over my limit on my card. They did hang up the first time they tried calling me which was annoying to which the adviser informed me that they are having issues with the auto dialler system. I believe Aqua credit also use a similar number.

Don’t waste your time with these people. Put the phone down immediately or if you are so minded, tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION ...

These people are actually the TV Licensing debt department don t be fooled by them. tell them you don t watch live TV also tell them not to be sending anyone to your door.

Just had a call very agressive and insulting people. They rang 3 times in the space of 4 minutes.

Thanks to posts on here I can safely block this number... It might be genuine... still cold-calling, infringing on me & my time... and I don t need a hearing aid!

They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!
