I never answer any calls from numbers unknown. They are always unwanted! Just wait until it stops ringing and then block from future calls. (This also hopefully tells the caller that your number is not operational.)

As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system.
