In most cases they just provide silent calls to let you call them back. DON'T DO it, it will cost you a fortune. Did someone answer any number of this range or this particular one? Apparently BT, they wanted to check on an issue with our router. Queried why they were calling when not with BT and they gave me some spiel about BT being the provider for all routers, sounded like a scam and they hung up.
Typical call trying to get customers who haven't even asked about their product. After searching number all negative comments, so now blocking.
