Obviously some Indian call centre. This is what they do when taking a break from pooing in the street

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

He said we was of "Websecurity......." can't get the last word, saying following me taking out a Firewall security plan with them in 2017! my renewal was due for the next 6 years in the sum of £1499.00 and if I did not phone to cancel they would automatically take this money from my account and I was to ensure there were sufficient funds. I have no record of this transaction.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. When they call you can hear a nuisance in the background, classical open space... Nuisance call for me.

I asked where they got my number and the man didn't answer, just said they were calling about life insurance on behalf of Lloyds, Scottish Widows to name two that I remember. I said I don't engage in conversations about any such matters on the phone and asked them to take my number off their list and hung up. Have blocked number.
