The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Don`t answer to this phone call. They just want sell you the insurance for replace/repair. But i think if the item you reveice is broken you can replace it too for free.

Told me he was from Openreach and needed to dicuss my broadband. When I asked what the problem was as I thought it was a fishing call, he told me to f**k off and hung up. Tried to call the number back but got an automatic message saying the number was not recognised.

This number has tried to call me on 4 occasions in the last couple of days. It leaves a voicemail message of just under two minutes of complete silence.
I have no idea why but I am repeateadly getting texts from this number and it says it is from Lurid Nature, the msg says thank you for being our client and if you are interested in more offers please visit our webpage. It seems they put me in their client list or so, even though , I have never bought anything from them
