my usual o2 bill is £28.00 monthly my previous bill came in at £37.00 phoned o2 and I was told no problem and they will give me my money back on my next bill my new bill arrived today and now I have to pay £47.00 and they gave me a text number and say stop and then they gave this long number and told me to try and get my money back them so I phoned them and guess what nobody can speak to me and the machine said someone will phone you in the next couple of days

Then had an engineer text to say he was coming! Found out he was going to a different address. Possibly a genuine error? Nothing bad has happened but annoying.
