I got some harrassment calls from time to time. So I devised a script which I copy and paste. Feel free to do the same. These people call me at least 3 times a day, and it has been going on for months. Stating they are the credit investigation department, a UK government department. When questioned further, the caller revealed they were an independent company doing promotional calls.

Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

The company is called Rapid legal - it was an unsolicited claims call.

This caller rang three times today and because I did not recognize no I did not pick up. Tried to ring it back & number was not recognized = unobtainable it must therefore be very dubious

Scam pretending to be shell energy wanting a payment which is not due yet. Asked for lots of details that they should not have needed. I called shell driectly and they confirmed no money is outstanding and this was not them
