She insisted that I had reported an accident to an insurance company (again I haven t). I said that I had no idea where she got my number from but could she please delete it from her list and not call again - she kept on talking over me and no matter what I said, she just kept on talki
SCAM - This number sent me a text message claiming to be from Lloyds Bank, saying that I'd set up a new payment to Mrs H Benson, and if it wasn't me to go to https://cancel-online-newpayee.com, so I forwarded it to 7726 to report it as spam. Maybe you should too!

SCAM / SPAM Automated message claiming to be HMRC, saying I've been involved in a fraud and need to press 1. Failure to do so would result in a warrant being issued for my arrest.
Call from man (no gentleman) with Indian accent who claimed to be from Microsoft Technical Department. When I jokingly replied that I was from Microsoft fraud department he ranted down the phone at me for 15 minutes in abusive language before he eventually hung up. I have had scam calls before but this one was downright offensive.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. SCAM Fake mobile contract facilitator, I didn't go this far because I'm not an idiot but they will "accept" your application for a mobile phone contract and will request a deposit and the first month upfront, to then not send your device but still take monthly payments.
