Some guy called "David" says he s phoning from the tax office with a rebate of ?3250, that the courier is waiting to deliver it to you once you confirm you can take delivery. Told him I thought he was a scammer, tax rebates do not come in this way!! And told where I thought he could go and place his head. Total scammers - beware!

Called tonight strange noises in background,said it was Anglian Home Improvements but lots of domestic noise in background as though it was in a kitchen ,weird also someone laughing in the background so blacklisted ,very odd call.

Phone scam wanting to transfer money for goods and arrange collection

Sneaky rats (Call centre) Liverpool based call center rerooting thier calls through the internet making it look as though somebody local is calling you the number is listed as bewdley which is local. I rang the number didn t catch thier name I asked if they were a cold call center she said yes and I could here in the back ground they were.the woman tried to justify why they were rerooting calls.

When you question who they are or where they got your number from they hang up

PPI mis-selling scam. This could be a masking number

A persistent and aggressive person, blabs on about PPI and I m owed money, I must have seen it on the news etc. I cut in and say I ve never had a loan and nobody could possibly owe me money. He says you must be owed money because we wouldn t waste our time ringing you up. I say, no you re wasting my time by ringing me up. I hang up.
