Call centre with lot of background noise, delay in acknowledging I'd answered phone. Scam call bt technical, my internet service is compromised by several people, they'll show me how to remove them if I let them have access to my devices. Don't think so!

PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. This number is from a nuisance caller. Calls are usually silent, or hang up as soon as you answer. There have been many complaints about this number - one person had 35 calls in one day. When they do answer they fish for information about you without explaining what they need the info for. Don t give them the time of day - just hang up

16 Jul 2021 - Rang to say an appointment was needed to fix my smart meter that doesn't work. They told me to ring 0808 501 5200 (E-on Next) to make the appointment which I did. When I got through I was told that they had no record of the call, it must have come from E-on Energy. After a long arguement I gave up.Reply

TAXES / HMRC this is a scam caller, I dont know if they have targeted anyone else, they phoned my boyfriend pretending to be HMRC and that there was something wrong with one of his books and that he needed to press 1 and carry on to an advisor etc. We have contact HMRC about this and they are fully aware that this kind of phone call is happening. We tried to phone the nunber back but it does a long beep and then hangs up, which we a reckoning it is an actual scam machine that dials random phone numbers
