Seems to be some call centre, all such Halifax numbers from the same range 14227184xx should belong to the same - reported mostly with accident claims and silent calls. Blocked it.
Company called "Pension report team" wanting to know if I had a frozen pension. Not only did I not acknowledge my name when they rang but I immediately launched into an attack on them. Told them they were a scam company and on the FCA blacklist, at which point the caller said he would remove me from their call list and hung up. Don t be afraid to attack them first!

After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me!
