This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This was an unsolicited call which I let go to ansafone the message started automatically - It appears to be a scam call (not mentioning your name, but saying HMRC has taken out a lawsuit under your name & an arrest warrant has been issued under your name & urging you to press 1 to speak to your case officer ( a case number KN01297 is quoted & you are urged to press 1 to speak to the case officer) - Typical of the types of scams used against older people

SCAM! I had a call from this number. Man claiming to be "Tom" and calling on due to some government funded loft lagging placed in the loft a few years ago. He said there have been reports of condensation and mould and they noted that we hadn't had a loft survey since. He said not to worry, and proceeded to ask if I was the home owner. When I asked if I could call him back, (as sounded scripted) he hung up. THIS CALL SOUNDED VERY GENUINE - he was well spoken (not like previous scam call
