Also similar number called me recently - 1494957974 and 1494957975, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... People please did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?

They rang me in regards to my SIPP with Avalon. I lost out on alot of money when Charles Derby (IFA) moved me over to a personal pension without explaining the risks. This company, think it's called claiming for you or something, are going to put in a claim on my behalf as i have no time to do it myself & are not charging me a fee. They will take a percentage of any money they win back for me.

I believe this to be a telephone/banking scam. They purported to be my bank but they said they wanted me to open another account and transfer money from my account into this other account - at that point I stopped the call and called the number on the back of my debit card and reported the call to my bank fraud department.
