Called twice today, First call I cancelled. 2nd I answered said they were fron British Gas/Scottish Gas. When they asked which company I was with I asked why they needed that information they said they were doing research. I told them i gave no private or personal information to cold callers. Also told them cold calling was illegal and I would be reporting them. Hung up before they answered.

This was a recorded message to say illegal activity had been on my internet which would be cut off in 24 hours. I was to press 1 to speak to someone. Clearly an attempt to get into my computer so cut it off.

A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. Persistent nuisance calls with no reply when you pick up. I contacted Orange and they told me to report the harassment to the police which i did but they still haven t stopped.
