They rang, I answered, they hung up. Read comments on here and have now blocked their number

I got some harrassment calls from time to time. So I devised a script which I copy and paste. Feel free to do the same. As this number phoned my mobile, I did not answer it, but, Googled it. PPI, fed up. Complained to TPS(mobile registered) and O2 my provider. Nothing gets done. Another blocked number.

Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)

The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off. However, in that time malware had been installed on my computer and was already beginning to use money in my PayPal account. I have finally rectified this, as well as with my bank.
