The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off. However, in that time malware had been installed on my computer and was already beginning to use money in my PayPal account. I have finally rectified this, as well as with my bank. 4 days in a row now I have received a call from this number and as soon as I answer the other end hangs up so don t even know what they want, but it s a total pain

Suspect untrustworthy. Wanted to offer me a 3 month subscription to the magazine for ?1 an issue (cover price about ?3.50 or so). Asked for my sort code and bank account number. I was driving so said ring back - when she did, I couldn t take the call anyway.

Caller looking to sell dubious investments. Repeated calls despite being asked to stop several times, bordering on harrassment. Pushy, rude and evasive. I suspect company uses several trading names and telephone numbers. Please beware of this number !

Had a call from this number but didn t get to the phone in time. They rang again 10 minutes later, it was my rheumatologist from Wycombe Hospital.

Kept calling frequently and hanging up or dead line upon answer - finally got a female asking to speak with DH about previous Boxing news subscription and he wasn t interested. She says "well I ll call back" before I could pleasantly tell her to remove the number she hung up. Still keep ringing and Sky scandalously want to charge £3.50 per month to bar it. Saw another user s helpful comment to change the call ID so we know to ignore it, so thanks for that bit of advice.

Will NOT stop calling me! Haven t answered yet but i ve had 10 calls in 2 days and if they ring agsin they re going to get a mouthful! After reading this i won t be trusting them. Very scary

A text message from this number claimed to be from Royal Mail parcel tracking

Answered my phone and then heard a recorded message saying my call could not be connected

got phoned on that number. they hacked my laptop and tried to take out a loan from my bank. wish i knew who they were.

they phoned going on about solar panels, when i said i wasn t interested they became rude and nasty so i hung up, they keep phoning saying we got cut off, they seem to be phoning every other day.
