Just received a call from an Asian gentleman called Alex Carter claiming to be from BT and saying I have a problem with my IP/internet connection. 16 Jul 2021 - Rang to say an appointment was needed to fix my smart meter that doesn't work. They told me to ring 0808 501 5200 (E-on Next) to make the appointment which I did. When I got through I was told that they had no record of the call, it must have come from E-on Energy. After a long arguement I gave up.Reply
